Mo Clark Reflects on Her Career, Achievements, and 2025 Goals

Mo Clark has become a powerhouse in Atlanta’s entertainment scene. From event promotion to media personality, model, and entrepreneur, her journey has been one of resilience, growth, and authenticity. Since starting as a party promoter in 2014, Monesha has built an impressive portfolio, including celebrity interviews, red carpet appearances, her own media agency, and a successful cosmetics line.

As the founder of DaPostUp Media and host of DaPostUp, she’s shown unwavering dedication to her craft while inspiring others to pursue their passions. In an exclusive interview, Mo reflects on her proudest moments, lessons learned, and aspirations for 2025, proving that the only limits are the ones you set for yourself.

You’ve accomplished so much in the last decade. What has been your proudest career moments so far within the last ten years, and why?

My proudest moment has happened within the last two years or so. Although I’ve been in this journey, I would always let the obstacles of life detour me and my career would take a backseat to my personal issues. These pasts few years have been tough personally. Despite it all I continued to go. That takes a lot. Getting dressed, hitting the red carpets, and standing in front of big names delivering questions at an high energy capacity. So I’m really proud that I didn’t give up on myself and that I have others who didn’t give up on me as well.

Looking back at 2024 only, what were your top three highlights, both professionally and personally?

Personally, not giving up on myself, persevering, and just staying the course. Professionally, I would say just “going for it”, getting high profiled interviews, and remaining unapologetically authentic.

If you had to pick one song to represent your career journey so far, what would it be?

Nicki Minaj “I’m the Best”. She talks about how the top is lonely and things that she’s gone through and how she’s “doing it”. Right now that’s how I feel. There are a lot of people getting into the media and entertainment field and some of them are my close friends. We must always remember though, no matter how many people are doing WHAT you do, they can’t do it like YOU.

Are you taking on any new clients? If so, who is your target market?

I’m always taking new clients. I don’t have a target market per say because of people have reached the point in their brand or career where they feel they need more marketing and press, I’m here to help. It doesn’t matter if they’re starting from the beginning or just want to rebrand.

Are you seeking any assistance with your professional endeavors? If so, how can people get involved and work with you?

I love help because we don’t always know everything. I love collaborating. People can reach me on Instagram at msmoclark or email me at msmediabae@gmail.com.

What’s a fun fact about you that your supporters might not know?

I’m also an actress. I’ve been in Music and Murder which has been on Amazon, Peacock, TUBI, and more. Just Ask Joe, and other projects.

As we head into 2025, what are your biggest goals or aspirations for the new year?

Oh. I’m ready to rock 2025. I look forward to growing, networking, the return of my podcast visual, DaPostUp, and so much more.

Any other exclusive news you can provide?

I write for several major platforms and I have the opportunity of working with so many talented people. I will let you know that I will be seen at exclusive events for popular television show, Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, and two of the publications I write for have some super dope cover stories dropping at the top of the year that I was a part of.

What do you hope your audience takes away from your work, whether through your shows, writing, or entrepreneurial efforts?

I hope that people just start. There’s no such thing as the “perfect time” or the “perfect equipment”. It’s really trial and error and asking questions. You learn along the way. Never get intimidated by what others are doing. Create your own lane.
