Initially, I focused on enhancing other brands, which provided me with extensive experience and confidence to launch my own successful enterprises, including Ebony Lifestyle Magazine and Edmonds Media Empire.

What skills do you believe are essential for success in the media industry?


Briana: Success in the media and entertainment industry demands proficiency. Whether you have a relevant degree or not, thorough homework and preparation are essential. Maintaining motivation, a strong drive, and authentic passion for your work is vital. Authenticity is essential to achieving excellence.

Briana: Entertainment relies heavily on media, which requires storytelling to convey a clear narrative and logical progression.

Briana: My storytelling methodology involves strategic planning for each topic, creating a compelling hook that grabs the audience’s interest and attention, and utilizing imaginative techniques.


How do you balance your personal life with the demands of your career?


Briana: Maintaining a balance between my personal and business life is essential. High demand can lead to a hectic schedule. Prioritizing time management is vital. In my free time, I appreciate traveling with my husband to new locations, experiencing different cultures, pampering myself, savoring gourmet cuisine, and enjoying luxury at home when not on the road.
